Hi, Welcome to my website. My name is Jerry Kotler and I call myself the Resume Maven (which means the Master Resume Writer).

From 1980 through 2007 I was a professional recruiter for the largest recruiting company in the world, with over 1000 franchised offices worldwide and over 5000 Account Executives. During those 27 years I earned the highest award that MRINetwork offers; the Account Executive of the Decade. Since 2008 I have created and operated a Resume and Interview preparation service called Resume Maven.

The 2 most important skills that I acquired, while I was earning a living as a recruiter, were resume writing and how to prepare someone for an interview.
